意志力的戰爭 - 減肥

剛開始減肥,的確會面臨這種患得患失的心理,主要是因為運動是減肥的工具導致。
從愛上運動開始,就不再有這種困擾了,也不再需要意志力。
最近我更發現運動已經昇華為生活的一部分,狀況好就多運動一點,狀況不好乾脆休息,
休息隔天的運動表現往往會有意想不到的進步,更神奇是不運動隔天體重有時竟然不升反
降。
所以一天不運動並不會影響到接下來的吃或者是運動,更別說是罪惡感了。
大叔飲食就是維持穩定輸出,每餐都要吃飽,減少暴衝。
吃buffet、喜宴、吃到飽之前,我會先跑步兩個小時,既可以增加戰力又不會有罪惡感,
所以我都是火力全開的。
上上個星期天去吃燒肉吃到飽,過程就是內人烤不停,我跟我同學吃不停,總之就是吃了
很多肉,時間到了燒烤店也沒有趕人,所以我吃了哈根達斯跟莫凡彼加起來15球、中華愛
玉豆花3個、含糖飲料數杯。
吃完只有成就感而沒有罪惡感,彷彿時光回到十幾年前的學生時代,很開心的!
我的老戰友同學因為沒運動,戰力已大不如前,還沒到最後加點就已經力竭(以前都是我
先力竭的),無法與我的戰力相互加成,縱使我的戰力更勝以往,還是徒留一絲遺憾。
另外就是最近天氣實在是太熱,母親節回老家買了冰枝城的雪糕、冰餅、冰棒共50支,現
在也只剩下個位數了。
吃東西千萬不要有罪惡感,食物是我們花血汗錢買的,要開開心心的享受才對啊!
享受運動,享受美食,這才是人生!
