不好意思想請教各位大大
我身高162.7
體重48公斤
5/16量inbody體脂率是21.8,骨骼肌重20.7
我有一個問題就是我的體重一直掉...
因為我覺得我這個身高48公斤就差不多了,但是不知道為什麼每個禮拜體重都會掉0.5-0.
7公斤
我希望不要再掉了,想維持48公斤
可是找不出掉體重的問題,不知道是不是身體有問題(我生理期都沒來)
從3月開始減肥到現在已經瘦了7公斤了,體脂率掉了6.7
一下是我的飲食菜單
早餐:水果一包(芭樂切片、鳳梨切片、蘋果一顆、奇異果一顆)+牛奶/無糖豆漿400cc+
地瓜150g/麥片
午餐:自己煮:肉100g+蛋一顆+菜3樣+地瓜150g/糙米飯2/3碗
晚餐:自己煮:肉100g+豆皮/豆腐一塊+菜3樣+豆漿/牛奶300cc(請別鞭我沒吃澱粉,單
純習慣問
題,晚餐沒吃澱粉類一年有了)(有重訓會再加一匙乳清因為我腸胃不好蛋白質很難吸收
)
餐間不太吃零食,不喝含糖飲料,不吃宵夜,12點前睡
(但其實我很想吃零食、麵包,礙於怕復胖不敢吃...所以壓抑的很痛苦,心理部分實在
難
以調適...)
一個禮拜吃一次大餐(沒什麼節制的吃)
運動:
禮拜一、三、六:熱身10分鐘+重訓1小時+有氧1小時
禮拜四、日:慢跑+快走40-50分鐘
問題:
1.請問我想要維持48公斤,運動部分有哪邊需要調整?我最喜歡的運動還是跑步哈哈
2.請問如果我想要維持體重,盡量不要讓他再掉或突然升上去,請問偶爾可以吃零食嗎?
(一個禮拜有一天吃一條oreo之類的,或是早餐一個禮拜可以吃蛋餅麵包那些的嗎?或是
一個禮拜大餐日可以增加到兩天嗎?)
