這不難懂阿
其實Fitness或是減肥減重 的市場就是 成功的人才會上來po 炫耀 分享
當然越猛 大家會越多贊 給好多好棒棒
所以久了風向就會吹向 又猛又精實的風向
但其實是一個小歪風阿
大部分的人在意志力都是魯蛇啦 太猛的菜單 大部分的魯肥宅都會失敗的
真的意志很堅強 就不會肥的跟豬仔一樣才來減肥
所以要告訴大家阿 越猛的分享文你越做不到阿
天天認真的要死 精算 重訓 跑步 你也做不到阿
就像跑步 這種事 跑不動 就用走的阿
天天走個幾公里也有效阿
但是魯蛇肥仔 有幾天很懶 不想跑步 腦袋裡 只有跑步100分 在家裡宅0分
兩個選項,
奇怪也 魯肥宅 不會出去用走的喔 也有60分阿
其實各位魯肥宅阿 減重 走路是最簡單最容易堅持惹 你們奇奇怪怪的菜單一大堆
腫麼就沒人快走30分鐘以上呢
吃飯 也很簡單阿 三餐少吃一點 不該碰的不要碰 我是都自己煮啦 外食 鹹油
中間肚子餓了就補吃一點堅果 水果
吃得夠不夠 其實一運動就知道了
你吃不夠 慢跑 快走 力氣都會上不來的
魯蛇 就是 魯蛇 不要裝專業 裝精實 你那麼魯 才會那麼肥
跑步很累 就用走的
瞎米重訓 飛輪 花招一堆 基本的最簡單的幹嘛不做
