大家新年快樂
在新年中又吃了不少熱量
覺得有罪惡感 orz
就突然想到以前還沒有養成慢跑時候的回憶
自從養成慢跑習慣之後就相當熱愛慢跑
慢跑很方便
不用像游泳一樣準備一大堆東西
也不用花錢
隨時隨地都能跑
但我也不是一開始就能跑很遠
(自己是跑室外的 不是健身房那種慢跑機)
一開始只能跑2km (那時候體重很重 orz)
回來腳都很酸痛呢 天天貼普拿疼肌立
後來每天跑每天跑
一個月後進步到可以跑4km
不過4km跑了很久 大概快要一年之後
才有辦法再增加距離到6km
然後現在就是天天都是6km了
不跑都不習慣 很難受
不知道各位可否分享自己慢跑的經驗?
