藉這個討論胰島素的討論串問一下好了
假設今天買了一塊八吋的黑森林蛋糕,熱量約2600卡
大概一個男性一天所需的熱量
那麼如果我想要慢慢品嚐,
切成十二塊,然後每個小時吃一塊
整天就只吃這一塊過一天
另外一種方式就是買了就整塊吃掉
然後一樣是一天只吃這一塊
那麼都是一天只吃一塊2600卡的蛋糕,只是吃的方式(時間)不同
這樣對人體來說,結果會是一樣嗎?

長期來說,每天都是一樣的食物份量
(假設營養均衡,熱量足夠,免得又有人來該該叫說這是在找死)
一種是少量多餐,分五餐以上解決
一種是集中到一到二餐內解決
一樣都是滿足一天所需,是否結果會不一樣?
