最近感覺有快要感冒的跡象,呼出來的氣溫度比平常還要高、全身無力...
這時候小腿、大腿、二頭經常抽動,其他都處於酸痛狀態....
請問這樣正常嗎? (不是說感冒)
休息個幾天就行了嗎?
平常只是每天,拿18P啞鈴找幾個動作15-20下個3-4組,輕鬆的操...
(比起版上的高手,算是輕鬆操了)
