暑假的飲食 - 健身

暑假到囉....
我想要來個大變身...重訓一段時間了
基本的一點點肌肉是有了...但就是體脂太高
暑假3個月想來個減脂大計畫
目前想法是自己買肉 (瘦肉or雞胸肉)自己再家水煮
飯的話當然也是要吃,不過買外面就好
至於菜想說買回來或是外面包也可以,盡量清淡一點
有個閒錢的話買個水果吃吃 其餘的就交給跑步了
想問問各位這樣的吃法是不是可以呢?
有沒有少了哪一點?
