肌肉量不足? 還是該多練內胸? - 健身

先感謝板上前輩提供豐富的資訊,以及版主的用心
小弟也是靠自己練ㄇ型bar練胸
自己也是易瘦體質 目前165/49 體脂肪記得是14 or 更低一點
伏地挺身大約是一周練個三天,最近才開始買啞鈴練press and fly
( PS 板上常提到的"臥推" 如果用啞鈴來練習就是指press嗎? )
雖然已經有線條,目前也是對胸型不滿意
除了未達成理想的方形外
目前遇到的問題是:

1.下胸跟內胸間連結的弧線不夠飽滿 圖中 / \ 處
之前有人有類似的問題,不過原PO者說 他的那條線像是被cut掉
(不過我沒辦法想像到底是多鋒利的切線??)
有人回答要練雙槓加強下胸,也有人說是天生的沒辦法改變?
2.中間胸骨(胸腔肋骨中間平平那塊)感覺很明顯
請問是小弟應該多練內胸嗎? 還是根本的問題是肌肉量不足呢?
(之前有板友說肌肉還不到某程度前是不可能練成外擴?
所以小弟應該不至於是外擴吧 XD )
