關於飲食? - 健身

2個練的還不錯的朋友
發現他們晚餐都是自己買瘦肉還有青菜燙來吃
頂多沾點鹽巴
我在想我一個從早上7:30工作到晚上8:30的上班族
可以抽出時間去運動就不錯了
要像他們一樣餐餐控制飲食
甚至真的完全少糖 少碳水化合物 少油的做法
對我一直處在上班的狀況似乎是一件極為困難的事
因為幾乎都會在外用餐 根本不可能回家自己料理
但外食幾乎就是多油 多碳水化合物
有上班族的朋友可以建議一下平常怎麼做飲食控制的嘛?
