平常在跑步機
速度9~9.5,跑3km,心跳160左右
跑完後,感覺是流流汗,不會很累
今天去健身房沒開,去跑了操場
四百公尺最外圈,跑到第五圈(2km)就覺得好累好累
免強跑到第七圈完就偷懶休息了
這是為什麼

進健身房幾個月
身高 179 體重 68->73 體脂肪 21->16 (學校機器測的,也不知道準不準)
可是覺得上半身有變胖,這是好事還壞事

幫朋友問:
跟我同行的朋友,都跟我作一樣的量,一樣的機器一樣的組數,慢跑量也一樣
吃得東西比我多
身高 179 體重 60->62.5 體脂肪 5 -> 8.6
他抱怨的問題是,他的體重怎麼都不會上升了,瓶頸!!!
