請問想要減脂的話
跳繩跟慢跑哪一個的效率比較好
因為連續跳繩跳了二個多月
每次半小時以上
越來越不覺得累 跳的速度算快
但是慢跑就是真的很累
而之前有聽過說跳繩十分鐘等於慢跑二十分鐘
所以不知道哪一種比較有效率?
