慢跑 - 減肥

想問為什麼固定時間和距離 跑步有時會游刃有餘有時卻出問題
固定周一至周四5點半左右到跑步機報到 3~4K左右 速度定9~10 沒做暖身
因為想減肥 吃麵包當早餐 午餐偶爾吃 運動完(會做肚子跟腰的機器)吃晚餐
有時跑得很輕鬆 但有時候跑道一半會出現腳踝痠痛(還蠻痛)或體力無法負荷等症狀
請問這是什麼問題 要如何改善呢?
