因為肋骨天生外凸+上手臂粗
總被戲稱是男生身材...
整理照片時發現
自己比較喜歡45~48公斤左右時的圓臉+圓潤感

所以決定調整飲食多吃點
太輕真心不好看
胸部都消失了T口T
慢跑習慣則要繼續維持^^
一年半來感謝fitness惠我良多
等哪天有全身照再來分享過程心得ヾ( ̄▽ ̄)~
