慢跑3個月 只減一公斤 - 減肥

各位好
本人23Y男 175 / 71 沒有量體脂 BMI 23出頭
自從跨完年就決心要認真來減肥
所以選擇慢跑來當作運動目標
剛開始也是跑個3K就上氣不接下氣
到現在慢慢知道怎麼配速爬到了8K左右
現在大概1K均速在五分半左右(個人還是覺得很慢)
可是自從決心要減肥後 到昨天量體重竟然只掉1公斤
讓我好沮喪 不知道是哪裡有問題
平常不忌口 不過已經盡量少碰高油高鹽的食物 並規定自己盡量讓自己在家裡用餐
只是我是一個愛吃甜食的人 所以晚上飯後可能會找個點心吃(少量)
最近開始淺水板上後 想入手一台體脂計來測量自己的體脂變化
希望對自己減肥上有比較大的幫助
可以請版上的朋友給我一些建議嗎??

題外話
今天被心儀的女生說自己 臉有點大 跟下盤(腿+屁股)有點肥胖
整個down到一個谷底
想另外請問對於局部減肥 有沒有針對下盤是比較有效的方式改善呢??
臉的話可能要打掉重練了(不夠帥)
