慢跑小腿會變壯!!???三週以身試法證明 - 減肥

文稍長,沒興趣看數據的可直接end看結論
慢跑or運動or重訓小腿會變壯
這句話我已經聽身邊的女生說了不下數百遍了
就算我每次都拿自己千錘百鍊的小腿給她們看
她們還是會堅持那是因為我小腿天生就瘦
壯一點也看不出來
於是我決定以身試法
看看密集運動&活動到底會不會壯小腿
以下是我到昨天為止的運動&活動狀況

一開始打算一天有氧一天重訓
後來發現肌力無法負荷
改成兩天有氧一天重訓
仍然沒辦法
重訓隔天跑步腳還是千斤重
因此後來統一每天有氧
打算等肌耐力好一點再加入重訓
另外連休的四天有點小偷懶
至於跑步速度
9/6~9/15我都是慢跑跟前後的走路合併計算
因此不知道速度
9/16~9/26開始使用nike+
就有清楚計算時間及速度
我的速度平均大概是一公里6'50
至於飲食要說明一下
那欄是"三餐以外"的「不當&多餘飲食」
並不是說我一天就只吃那樣
如果三餐正常就是空格
可以發現我幾乎每天都一定會吃甜食(肥死)
也會沒吃午餐或早午餐一起
卻吃一堆點心
算是非常不及格的飲食
不過反正我不是認真要減肥
只是想證明密集運動到底會不會壯腿(不要找理由)
至於沒有打出來的正常三餐
我早餐比較隨便
可能會吃吐司夾蛋&起司,或是老媽買的五穀麵包+自製鮮奶茶(茶包+鮮奶+蜂蜜)
也有時候會吃便利商店的精緻麵包(吃甜食當早餐我就不會打進表格)
午餐及晚餐大概都是2/3碗飯+1碗蔬菜+2/3碗肉(都不油)
如果早午餐一起會再多吃30%~50%的量
運動完會喝一杯無糖豆漿
重點來了
到底這樣密集運動
又天天吃甜食
小腿會變怎樣呢??
以下是我三個禮拜前後的數據(皆為早上起床空腹測量)

抱歉沒體脂
因為我家體脂計就算都是起床上完廁所空腹量
兩天的數據也可能差到4%
所以我不太相信它
大家就看看我身型變化做參考吧
結論就是
三個禮拜密集運動+天天除了三餐都吃甜點
我雖然只瘦了1.1公斤
但小腿不但沒變壯
甚至變瘦了
左小腿瘦了0.8CM
右小腿瘦了0.9CM

大概還是有人會覺得才三個禮拜
說不定兩個月後就會變壯
我只能說
我大二大三時平均一個禮拜練舞4小時+排球5小時+游泳2小時+慢跑2小時+體育課2小時
巔峰時期甚至會到一個禮拜練舞8小時+排球8小時+體育課2小時
那時是我人生中最壯的時期(體脂21%)
但左右小腿都是31.5CM
所以女孩們果斷運動吧!!!
當然每個人身體有差異
但除非你是武林奇才
或身體會自動分泌類固醇
不然跑個步就覺得腿會變壯
