攝氧量(ml*kg^-1*min^-1)=3.5+0.1*步行速度(m/min)+1.8*步行速度*坡度
running:
攝氧量(ml*kg^-1*min^-1)=3.5+0.2*跑步速度(m/min)+0.9*跑步速度*坡度
(室內跑步、走路,機器會顯示坡度,一般操場就假設坡度為 1% )
bike:
攝氧量(ml/min)=3.5*體重+2.0*阻力*每轉多少公尺(m/rev)*每分鐘幾轉(rev/min)
有一種叫做monark腳踏車,一轉 6 m。

step:
攝氧量(ml*kg^-1*min^-1)=0.35*每分鐘幾階+2.4(有上有下)*每分鐘幾階*每階多高
1.8(只有上沒有下)
0.6(只有下沒有上)
基本上走路和跑步的分別就是腳的分別,走路一定要一腳在地,跑步有兩腳離地的時候。
所以如果你走很快還是算走路,只要還是一腳在地的狀況下都是用walking的公式。
這裡的公式都有包含安靜的時的攝氧量。
1公升氧氣= 5 kcal
P.S.要注意一下腳踏車的單位不一樣,他算出來的是絕對攝氧量。
還有算出來的是攝氧量單位是毫升,要記住換算成「公升」。
