請問在下下面的時間分配洽當嗎
禮拜一 06:00~07:00有氧、23:00~23:30重訓
禮拜二 06:00~07:00有氧
禮拜三 06:00~07:00有氧、23:00~23:30重訓
禮拜四 06:00~07:00有氧
禮拜五 06:00~07:00有氧、23:00~23:30重訓
禮拜六 06:00~07:00有氧
禮拜天 休息
請問行程上有不適宜的地方嗎?XD
今天購入啞鈴,打算下禮拜一開始照著上面的時間表進行重訓+有氧
因為在下是上班族,所以白天沒什麼時間運動QQ
主要是想要減脂 體重是其次,體脂如果30%操到20%,體重90KG也沒關係
蛋白質方面 喝豆漿和吃水煮蛋蛋白夠嗎?(173/94)
