慢跑時的呼吸 - 健身

小弟我慢跑的呼吸方式
都是二吸二呼(都用鼻子)
通常可以跑6KM
但是最近感冒鼻子稍微鼻塞
能吸氣不能呼氣(會有鼻水)
故用鼻子吸氣 嘴巴呼氣
卻發現 大約在4KM的時候
下腹部會疼痛 (精華區解釋為呼吸肌疲勞)
這時我感到疑惑
用嘴巴呼氣 呼吸反應會比較快
為何 反而容易呼吸肌疲勞呢?
