從開始慢跑到現在大概有8個多月的時間了
除了下雨 幾乎每天都會去跑
從開始跑個一千多一點就喘到一個不行
到現在3000公尺大概13分左右
跑完感覺還可以繼續跑
我這樣每天只跑10幾分鐘 運動量會不會不夠
繼續跑下去 又怕長久下來會傷到膝蓋
所以我是不是應該把速度放慢 拉長到30分鐘?
還是有其他的方法呢??
