慢跑的疑問 - 健身

其實我是一個很愛慢跑的人
由於常常因為口腹之欲讓體重最近直線上升
所以最近開始一周都會跑步3-4次
一次40-50分鐘
只是有時候會覺得
若是天氣不會悶熱
其實可以跑的比較久
若是天氣濕度高或是悶熱
常常可能跑不到40分
就會覺得有點跑不下去
儘管身體想要繼續跑下去
會因為不太舒服
就算是走的也要把時間拉到40-50分完
好奇問大家會不會也是有跟我一樣的情形呢?
