我一個禮拜大概跑3天
一個禮拜大概可以跑20000m
那如果我分成5天跑 每天跑4000m 比較好
還是我分成3天跑 每次跑7000m
1.就減重來說 每天跑比較重要 還是一次跑比較久比較重要?
還有一個問題 我跑6000大概45min 8000 1小時
今天想要加快速度 就跑快一點 跑3000 20min
也沒快多少 可是就喘的要死 後來就停下來 雖然最後6000還是45min
可是比平常累
2.所以要練速度要怎麼練比較好?
