慢跑的運動量調整 - 健身

因為怕胖和健康,我一直斷斷續續都有在慢跑
朋友聽到我的運動時間,建議我不要過量運動
我自己覺得這樣的運動量還好
但為了健康,還是想問問大家的意見
看看我的運動量是否要做調整,感謝唷
我是女生,30歲,166cm,58kg,體脂肪20~23
(體脂肪的部分,因為家裡體重計不太好,變動差異大概在這個區間)
我每周運動5~7天
每天的運動量是慢跑35~40分鐘,學校200公尺操場跑20~22圈
(恩~我就只有跑步而已,因為跑步簡單,一人就可完成)
我自己從國中就開始養成慢跑的習慣
之前因為工作忙,可能一周只有運動1~2天
最近因為找工作中,可以幾乎維持每天運動
請問以上運動量是否會過量?
若是,是否要減少每周的運動天數?或每天的運動時間?
以上再麻煩大家給些建議了,感謝唷=)
