慢跑的量 - 減肥

最近也開始加入減肥的行列
因為先前機車環島十七天,瘋狂的吃喝
所以現在要付出代價來減肥
想問大家,一般慢跑的量大概都跑多少??
或是跑固定的時間??,例如四十分鐘就休息
我個人是跑學校操場,一圈四百公尺左右
主要是以慢慢跑的方式來讓自己不要討厭跑步
通常半圈快半圈慢,第一天跑了十八圈就快受不了
後來在慢慢把圈數往上加,最低要求自己最少要跑二十圈
晚餐基本上就是水果跟無糖豆漿
不曉得這樣慢跑的量夠不夠,還是需要增加
同操場的阿伯們跑得比我快又比我久,一整個汗顏><
