慢跑與自行車? - 健身

大家好
慢跑兩個月 每週至少三次一小時8公里
肚子和大腿消了不少
現在剩下大腿上方、還有一小圈游泳圈與馬鞍袋未消
上周騎小折從公館沿著河堤直達關渡
回來後幾天 發現馬鞍袋似乎變小了
請教高人
是不是自行車比較能減腰側呢?
慢跑與自行車鍛鍊的肌肉群一樣嗎?
