慣用手比較細 - 健身

目前健齡1.5年,含半年教練課。
慣用手右手,工作有點勞力職。
這幾個月發現左上臂練的比右邊粗0.5公分之後
開始注意到不管是練二或三頭肌
右手的充血感與練後的腫脹感都不如左手滿
(右手有刻意多練幾組)
甚至,單純將手肘用力伸直時觸摸三頭肌
右邊肌肉飽滿度也不如左邊
同事用肉眼也看的出差異。
已請教過健身房的教練,答案先保留。
想詢問版上各位有無其他意見能指點,謝謝。
