應該先增肌還是先減脂 - 健身

一直以來都會運動,最近想把自己體型弄好看一點,所以想請問一些問題
爬文看到有分增肌期和減脂期,不知道各位大大是怎麼決定先做哪個的?
因為如果先增肌的話,目前暑假住家裡,手邊沒有器材,只有徒手(囚徒健身)和公園單槓
可以練,不知道能不能練到肌肥大
但是如果先減脂的話,是不是之後增肌完之後還要再減一次@@?這樣感覺這些時間好像浪
費掉了TAT,還是其實並不會?
目前身高170 體重62 體脂在16-18間,
之前運動是會做深蹲,仰臥起坐,單槓,舉腿。跑步的話每個禮拜跑4次 每次5-6km有什
麼地方需要調整或者是應該加強哪部分呢,麻煩各位巨巨了QQ
