各位好
小弟最近在萵苣看到有個專練腿的巨巨 都以前蹲舉為主
有去找他聊了一下 覺得前蹲可能比較不會給下背壓力過大
用比較輕的重量就能很有感受
平常背槓壓到斜方都有點不舒服了 想改成前蹲來試試看
各位有在嘗試前蹲嗎? 有什麼特別要注意的地方嗎? 感謝
