應該要阻力大還是速度快呢? - 健身

我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的新手專區:是
基本資料
性別:女
年齡:23
身高:163
體重:60~61
BMI:22.8
體脂率:今天早上量是33%(超可怕的!!)
三餐內容(斜線代表"or"的意思)
早餐:白飯一碗+燙青菜+滷肉一塊/培根兩片/荷包蛋一顆/皮蛋豆腐半份,有時再加
杯自己打的香蕉牛奶
午餐:白飯一碗+燙青菜/炒青菜+滷肉一塊/蒸吳郭魚一尾
晚餐:基本上跟早午餐很像(因為我自己一個人吃,菜要盡快吃完的話就得常常吃一樣的)
其他:偶有宵夜,大約兩個禮拜1~2次,有時候是健康的水果,有時候是邪惡的雞排..
日常作息時間:約12點前後睡,早上七點起床,有時候會敖無意義的夜= =
(這我知道很不好,盡量改正中)
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:最少兩天會去一次學校的健身房(開始約三個星期了)
這次純有氧,下次就先重訓後有氧
有氧方面
踩腳踏車40mins/9km Level 2~3(這是阻力嗎?)
交叉訓練機40mins/8km Level 4~5
快走45mins/4.5km(這不常做,因為總覺得腳底板很不舒服)
運動前後都會做伸展操
我的問題:我知道心跳要到達自己的最大心跳率的65%左右才能有效減脂
也有板友分享喘的程度是能說話不能唱歌
因此
第一個問題是:我覺得心跳還蠻快的,但是我不太會喘
我可以忽略很快的心跳,刻意緩慢的深呼吸,也可以還算平穩的唱歌
這樣是否強度不夠?
雖然知道器材上顯示的心跳不太準(有時都顯示到150↑去了)
但我也只能參考器材提供的了...運動中我無法計算我心跳幾下....
第二個問題是:我應該要用大阻力,花力氣慢慢踩
還是要用輕的,踩超快呢?
兩個我都有嚐試過,心跳感覺差不多~
大阻力:不容易酸,做的久,但不太會喘(就像問題一敘述的那樣)
小阻力:很快就覺得酸,之後就會想要偷懶,不太能保持平衡(這感覺我不太
會形容),但會覺得超喘
對於減脂來說,哪一個比較好呢?
