三餐內容
早餐:吐司夾蛋或蔬菜蛋餅再加一杯150c的小冰奶
午餐:關東煮三樣
晚餐:小雞肉飯或一碗乾麵
其他:
不常喝飲料也不常喝水
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上八點半上班,午休一個半小時,五點半下班,通常都十二點多才睡
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
我是個標準的辦公室上班族,曾經是運動員,但上大學後就退出運動界了
運動習慣:
每天走路十五分鐘算運動嗎?!
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
因為我是短時間發胖的,很誇張,四個月胖了十公斤
可能之前都是長時間坐辦公室的,大學時還會修體育學分,
每天都會運動,可是畢業後就很少運動了,而且每次運動
心臟都會很難受,久了就不習慣運動了,但是飲食都會克制
也會算熱量,可是就是瘦不下來阿!!!我好懊惱~
但是又不喜歡運動時心臟不舒服的感覺
可是又不喜歡靜態的運動,該怎麼辦?
我今天還特地去藥局量了體脂計,我的基代是1349
我該怎麼靠飲食還有其他運動瘦下來呢??
我好懷念以前49公斤的時候喔!!!
