自從我生完我的第一胎後, 我就有努力在瘦身
但好像有些地方很難瘦耶~
像是肚子. 大腿. 大屁屁都還是未達我生小孩前的標準
我目前就是局部在胖啦~ 四肢還OK!
雖然有稍微瘦一點啦
但是感覺速度好慢...
而且皮都鬆鬆的, 有妊娠紋捏~好醜喔!
各位板友有沒有甚麼好方法可以在懷孕後瘦身和消除妊娠紋的啊
