早餐:兩份蛋餅+巧克力醬烤土司兩片+一杯豆漿
午餐:ㄧ般便當
晚餐:水果(香蕉或頻果)
其他:水正常喝 飲料幾乎不碰
日常作息時間:晚上12點睡覺 八點起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:每週至少三次 每次約一小時的慢跑+快走
我的問題:想問的問題是~根據體重計量出我的基代約1600大卡~
那我ㄧ天中所攝取的熱量是夠了?還是不足呢?
我覺得熱量的估算好難喔
