我人在日本
今天去上了美體課~
因為我最近在減肥(每天吃到基代之後 走兩萬步當運動)
吃方面除了到基代以外 盡量少攝取油跟鹽 糖(飲料完全不喝
然後多吃點纖維這樣~
時間還沒有很久 過了兩個禮拜之後 褲子有變大 肩膀變小窄
體重倒是沒特別改變
我想應該是肌肉慢慢的訓練起來
所以暫時不理體重 想說繼續這樣下去應該沒問題
但是今天美體老師跟我說
叫我不要再運動了
她說我身上的脂肪是橘皮組織
已經囤積在身上很久(確實 我從青春期就沒瘦過XD)
現在如果運動 會讓身上的肉變成
一層橘皮一層肌肉 會越來越難減 所以現在不能運動
我問她說 那我這樣怎麼辦?!
她說橘皮組織除了按摩(還要按摩到會痛那種 用刮痧板刮
或是靠機器震碎(整形?! 之外 已經沒救了
即使控制飲食還是運動 橘皮組織是代謝不掉的
這不是真的吧=口=!
只要持續運動還是可以消去 對嗎?
因為被老師這樣說害我覺得很恐怖
我只要繼續下去 一定可以瘦得很好看吧~"~
只要飲食習慣改變 跟養成運動習慣 一定可以瘦到理想體重 趕走多餘脂肪
對不對 囧>
