手臂問題 - 減肥

從開始重訓已經兩三個月了
重訓開始都會先跑個3KM
然後再開始各個部位的重訓
像是訓練腹部,背部,胸肌,腿部跟手臂
但是最近有點困擾
因為手臂感覺真的有越練越大
本人是男生
身高:175 體重:72 體指率:20
有看置底文
想練的是讓手臂有線條 但不會變大
所以是要先減肥 舉啞鈴重量加重嗎?
還是先不要練那個部位?
舉啞鈴要用什麼方式才可以雕塑出線條?
有搜尋手臂跟看置底還有精華區!
可是還是有點不清楚
可以幫我解答嗎??? 謝謝
