我吃的好像太多了 - 減肥

我的減肥史真是漫長呀~~~QQ 果然真的是減肥容易維持難
現在沒辦法量體重和體脂
補一下照片

我三餐都吃差不多這樣

不過早餐的主食會是拳頭大饅頭/兩片土司+一正常碗豆漿
但是因為沒得選擇 那個土司應該加了很多乳瑪琳還是得吃QQ
但是我每次吃完都還是覺得沒有(很XDDDD)飽
還會再吃一點水果或有糖優格 大概是一顆蘋果/10顆荔枝/5顆山竹 這種量
我現在的運動計畫是
晨跑2k~2.5k 速度9k/hr(一周五天)
晨跑5k~7k 速度8.5k/hr(一周一~兩天)
晚上做insanity 60 days(一周做六天休一天)
但是很多動作都做不到影片裡的強度
譬如push up我都採跪姿 或動作都慢個很多拍
請問各位 我是不是應該多吃點飯 少吃點菜
實在是很不想節食呀~~也很想把體力再練上去
兩年前的運動量大概是現在的兩倍吧
但是實在是心有餘力不足QQ
