我覺得穿衣服要看得出來
一定要長一些「肉」(肥肉)
體脂肪低的人,肌肉就算再怎麼粗勇
穿衣服看起來都跟同體型沒練過的差不了多少(除非穿緊身衣...)
(阿諾那種就別拿來講了,那對東方人來說是做夢都不用去想的)
這一點我以前就注意過,也觀察過很多例子了
自己也曾經陷入身體結實穿衣服比較挺的迷思,但其實不完全是這樣
朋友A肌肉練得很漂亮,線條比原文那張照片猛得多
但他體脂肪實在太低了,他的肌肉一摸都是硬的,完全摸不到有脂肪層的存在
但就因為沒多長一些肥肉,穿起衣服就沒比較吃香(看起來沒比較挺),整個很slim
我自己本身以前體脂肪低的時候(大概7~8%,不到10%)穿衣服也是只有被說瘦而已
只有衣服脫下來才會聽到久違的「哇,你肌肉好明顯喔」這句話
當時我自己照鏡子也覺得有沒有穿衣服看起來差很多,衣服一穿看起來只像個一般瘦子
反而是現在變比較胖了(體脂肪大概飆到15%了),穿著衣服才有被誇壯的體驗
但自己心知肚明那只是多長了一點肥肉而已,搞不好肌肉量還縮水了咧...
像在電視上看到飛輪海一起上綜藝節目時
我也注意到吳尊跟其他人坐在一起,看起來根本不覺得他會是個肌肉棒子
反而肩膀看起來還比隔壁那一位(忘記是誰)還窄一點咧
如果他不脫衣服,說真的我也看不出來他其實是有健身底子的人
吳尊的例子是有點爭議,因為可能會有人說他是因為長得太斯文才看不出來有練過
但是其實你只要多觀察一些周遭有健身習慣的人,你就會跟我有一樣的結論:
穿衣服看起來要挺,光有肌肉沒有用,一定要長肥肉,穿衣服時型才會出來
