: 之前國中作過,後來骨頭附近都長繭脫皮,被喜歡的女生說好噁心於是就停了

握拳的伏地挺身只能用食指和中指的兩個關節
其他兩個要避免觸及,因為拳頭有穴道,無名指和小指的關節一個傷眼一個傷耳
除非你練很久了,否則請在軟墊上或戴手套做
