根據到目前為止吸收的知識,
硬舉這個動作練的應該是下背和臀部吧?
但是從以前到現在,
不論我用多大重量,
每次做完硬舉,
下背會酸 可是從來沒有酸到屁股。
是姿勢不正確嗎?
還有我做lunge dumbbell這個動作也從來沒有酸到臀大肌
leg press也是。
我想練臀部啊....
