我高中同學最近剛好貼上他的身體檢查表
發現他脂肪 5
肌肉量43.8
內臟脂肪 1
基礎代謝 1322

他的身體整個超單薄 超瘦的
記得隱約有點六塊 不知道是瘦出來還是練的
個人 體脂肪12%
肌肉量 37%
內臟脂肪 5
基礎代謝1576
雖然有點點肌肉 但是還是看起來有些贅肉
不知道中間差別在哪
