我加入台南深呼吸健身房兩個多月了
不過最近運動遇到障礙
一直很懶惰 很無力
加上前幾天老家發生不好的事情
讓我每天都窩在宿舍裡不想出門不想做事
排好的運動計畫 和之前練出來的體力
也漸漸消失中
昨天只是跳了200下的跳繩 今天腳就有痠痛的感覺
又偏偏在精神狀況恢復了一點的時候
月經就來了 而且還是很痛的那種....
所以本來計畫今晚要去有氧+重訓
只能改成踏踏腳踏車和走路了(說不定等一下又放棄不想去)
寫這篇文章
我想要找人激勵我一下
因為減肥的路真的很長
如果遇到一些外力 讓精神狀況變差
運動很容易受到阻礙
雖然人家都說 運動可以改善心理
不過我最近都不想出門 應該說 有點怕出門(自從我家發生事情之後)
有沒有人
也剛好在深呼吸運動
或者 任何人可以講一些鼓勵我的話
讓我繼續往前邁進
沒有好的心情
連健康都故不了了.........:(
