各位巨巨賢敗大家好~
小弟目前加入某健身房大概7個月 都只做重訓的器材沒有做有氧 (膝蓋有傷)
我身材滿肥的 體脂率40% 目前有在做減脂3週瘦5kg左右
本來都是按表在做 (二頭+背)(胸+三頭+肩)(核心+腿)
有請教板上的大大們 建議我用每週健身三次 去就做全身重訓
一個部位 一個動作 做4組 每組做15下 這樣 大概會花費一小時半的時間
說這樣可以增加我的代謝。 這樣做大概持續3週左右

上禮拜接到 健身房打來說我有1小時免費課程沒上 可以免費幫我測體脂
我是因為想說可以免費測一下體脂 就跟教練約了時間
前天測完表圖如下

教練跟我說我肌肉量雖然不高不低但是無法支撐我身體重量
然後就就問我說會不會做深蹲 我說會但是少做
然後就叫我做看看姿勢正不正確 也有做TRX
教練說 大腿佔人體肌肉70% 腿部不做深蹲不做重訓的話 很難提高我身體的代謝
大概就簡單的教我一些姿勢之後 就是大家講的推銷時間
其實我是有興趣上教練課的 但是覺得價位上我真的無法接受
最少堂 12堂 16800 算起來單次1400 我知道這以教練課程來說很合理
但正常人來說還是會覺得 忽然就要刷個萬元仍然會猶豫吧

我現在其實就是擔心說我自己在做姿勢不夠正確
上教練課 就可以大大提高效率
教練課一週上幾次算合理阿???
因為我也上健身房7個月了(很少但是至少有比較了解)
還需請教練來教嗎 (上最少堂12堂的學基本)
還是自己買書來看比較划算呢?
請教各位巨巨的意見 謝謝
