我想問一下我自己配的菜單可行否 - 健身

跑步40-45分鐘
舉啞呤20下一組,做10組(作平舉180度舉起放下在起來)
伏地挺身20下一組,做10組(平常是做5組,但是想增加一下)
仰臥起坐20下一組,做5到10組(因為之前都沒有習慣做想要慢慢+上去)
依這樣每天做覺得可行嘛?
謝謝大家指導摟。
ps話說剛要做訓練,手指就被電風扇割到
超痛一怎個無奈。
