晚餐:雞腿便當*1 coco 百香綠茶
其他:葡萄柚綠茶
日常作息時間:(日夜顛倒)

退伍時體重約82kg 但可能是迷上線上遊戲 長時間坐在椅子上
體重一下飆升到90kg
我想減肥 我用跳繩1000下的方式 但不知是否是因為我最近在上夜班
我跳完量體重 體重完全沒下降 還有日趨上升的驅勢 我好煩惱~
我也沒吃很多阿 頂多是愛喝飲料
救救我吧 這樣把妹都不太方便 以前75kg時肚子還有六塊肌呢~
