以上是我半年內減肥25公斤的經驗。
身高:182cm
減肥前:100公斤
減肥後:75公斤
現在:76-77公斤
減肥方法:
每天花四十分鐘至八十分鐘慢跑五公里至十公里。
〈即使減肥成功,我每天還是花四十分鐘運動五公里,或是花一小時消耗三百多卡熱量〉
減肥食譜:
如何製作瘦瘦餐。
首先在湯裡放入一塊雞湯塊,然後熬煮後放些高麗菜、豆腐和豆皮,接著再放入金針菇和
香菇後,再搭配一些辣味豆瓣醬或是辣椒來入味就可。
如果需要澱粉〈早上和中午特別需要澱粉,晚上最不需要澱粉。〉,可以在湯裡放入三碗
白飯〈早上兩碗,中午一碗。〉,這樣可以讓你有耐飽感。
