體脂26~BMI31
每週跑步30分鐘三次~約四公里
因為有體測需求
需要將BMI降到30以下(99kg)
請問版上的大大
如何能在體力不下降的情況
能達到我要的體重
感謝各位大大
我現在努力飲食控制
不想吃減肥藥
所以體重緩慢降(一週半公斤左右)
飲食部分
早上高麗菜包子一個
中午便當一個(正常雞排飯份量)
下午高麗菜包子一個
晚上便當一個(正常便當分量)
ㄧ週會吃三包小包可樂果零食
煩請解惑感恩
