大家安安本人想趁暑期來瘦身要減10公斤不過我不知道我的方法有沒有用?還有請問大家我這樣減哪時會有效果出現?每周四天運動慢跑30分鐘和騎腳踏車30分鐘(機器顯示卡路里消耗以上大約可消耗600卡路里)每日三餐現在都吃素了~不過蛋和牛奶會吃一些早餐:有時會吃脫脂牛奶加麥片一杯或是一顆馬鈴薯午餐:脫脂牛奶或麥片或是青菜加十股米晚餐:青菜(偶而會吃點飯)偶而會貪嘴吃�
