先說我目前身高體重~169/53
之前最胖有到58kg,一直以來都是瘦瘦的,可能只有嬰兒時期有胖過吧= =
最近因為工作關係都有騎腳踏車的習慣~每天大約騎一小時左右
爬過文大家都說先重訓,不過我想先從飲食著手
有板友有推薦怎麼樣健康的增胖嗎??
我之前有喝當歸湯的習慣,最近比較少喝了~大約一個禮拜喝個一到兩次....
