並且持續重訓+有氧
重訓是為了讓你能夠維持住肌肉不流失
有氧是為了讓你消耗足夠的脂肪
三餐正常是為了讓你有足夠的讓量可以維持體內正常機能
至於維持什麼正常機能有很多文章可以找
甚至可以把三餐都移到重訓或有氧後後再吃
或者把重訓或有氧移到三餐前做,意思差不多
不用跟我說運動後吃比較會變胖
沒有這回事,只要你懂得吃進正常的量就OK
有很多觀念不解釋了
