想請問大家~
有人幫補在練的效果跟一個人練是不是真的有差
以我為例的話
練握推沒人幫補時,通常是推到覺得那一下非常吃力
就會停止了,因為沒人幫補會不敢在多衝幾下
之前有過衝了~結果要推上去的時候,
推一半推不上去,只好慢慢放下來被槓壓~囧
有人幫補則可能會再多推個兩下,
但是多推的這兩下通常是非常吃力的
動作跟施力可能都會跑掉
那多推的那兩下是會增加刺激或是增加運動傷害?
對肌肉的刺激主要是在前面那幾下或是即將力竭的那幾下呢?
