從開學到現在兩個禮拜左右
我都滿認真
控制東西不要吃太多
而且用"BDODO"
記錄每天吃的東西
然後盡量是"運動消耗量"減掉進去的熱量是300~500大卡左右
結果因為
星期六跟星期天有些事情
導致那兩天有些疲憊
結果在星期天(昨天)中午
吃爆多
用那個網站紀錄一下
大概一餐吃了一千卡左右

好驚人
現在就好擔心
該怎麼辦?!
等於說
我之前有點努力的部分好像就這樣毀在自己手裡

請問該怎麼辦呢
還有就是
我盡量每天是消耗五百卡
但是體重 體脂肪似乎沒有起色?!
目前我是一個星期去健身房兩次
使用跑步機
40分鐘 跑跑走走四公里 消耗四百大卡
再做些重訓
是我持續時間不夠久嗎
還是方法不對???
不然我看我的效果好像不是很好....
請問我該做什麼改變嗎???
