我是男生,想請問瘦胸及大臂的問題.. - 健身

我有爬過之前那一篇討論串,但還是有些疑問
先說我自己好了...
我目前是178/90,之前是胖到104
後來靠著飲食跟運動減下來
每天的食物:
早晚餐 special K 40g+牛奶100~150cc
午餐 一般便當,有時候不含主菜
每日的運動:
每天三次伏地挺身,一次約25~30下
有氧不一定,上班滿常流汗但運動量應該是輕微至中量
目前的問題是,胸圍跟小臂滿粗壯的
每天靠伏地挺身,胸型跟小臂練目前比較好看,但依然很壯
應該就是人家說的骨架大那一型的
即使體重跟人家一樣,就是上圍很壯
買衣服常常卡在肩.手臂.胸,只好再買大一號或是買不到...
我知道有氧、快跑、快走,是瘦全身
目前預計每天下班會去跑3~5千
那我如果想讓胸.臂變小
我應該停止做伏地挺身嗎?還是一樣跑步+伏地挺身都繼續做呢?
